Women's Hormone Cycles & Mental Health
Explore the relationship between hormonal fluctuations, emotional health, symptom presentation, and treatment planning for day-to-day throughout the month, and across the lifespan to better serve the women with whom you work.
Body Image & Eating Disorders
Learn evidence-based assessment and intervention approaches for body image concerns, disordered eating, and eating disorders.
Ethical Therapist Self-Care & Burnout Prevention
Examine clinician wellness through an ethical lens and develop strategies that support sustainable practice and reduce professional impairment.
Applied Clinical Integration
Strengthen therapeutic attunement, body awareness, and experiential interventions that can be incorporated directly into clinical work with individuals, couples, and families.
