Riverside Reflections offers a transformative sanctuary for women seeking harmony between body and mind.
This retreat will combine elements of river rafting (with an all-female team of guides), yoga, meditation, learning and insightful discussions to foster a deep connection with one's body and emotions.

What to Expect:
All necessary provisions including meals, tents, & sleeping bags are provided by Get Outside Together (but you’re welcome to bring your own gear and snacks as well)

2 days x 1 nights
An all-female river guide team
Recommended Clothing:
Sun hat (and string to keep it from blowing off)
Quick drying shorts and/or swimming suit
T-shirts (Long sleeve is a good idea for sun protection in the hot summer months)
River sandals or two pairs tennis shoes (one to get wet, one for camp)
Lightweight long pants
Socks and underwear
Fleece jacket or sweatshirt
Rain gear
Recommended Personal Items:
Water bottle (16-32oz)
Sleeping bag*
Sleeping pad*
Ground cloth*
Tent*
Plenty of sunscreen and lip balm (at least SPF 15)
Body lotion
Toothbrush and toothpaste
Insect repellent
Small towel & personal hygiene items

Medication if needed
Extra pair prescription glasses or contact lenses
Sunglasses with safety strap
Flashlight or headlamp with extra batteries
*If you do not wish to bring your own camping gear, we will supply a sleeping bag, pad, cot, and tent if needed.

Approved Type V lifejacket (fits up to 55” chest)
Small dry bag for use on the river during the day
All rafting, safety, and camping equipment
Transportation to and from our office in Moab and the Colorado river
Cold water and lemonade on the boats
