Embodied Woman: Fall Therapist Retreat

🍂 Our next Embodied Woman: Therapist Retreat is happening this fall.

Hosted by:
Dr. Lauren A. Barnes, LMFT & Shara Jackson Harper, CSW

As therapists, we manage full caseloads, pursue ongoing trainings and certifications, hold space for some of life’s heaviest stories, show up for our families and communities…
💭 But who takes care of the therapists?

🤍 We do.

The Embodied Woman Therapist Retreat offers a different kind of weekend away.

A space to:

✨ rest and restore
✨ connect with other female clinicians
✨ learn and reflect
✨ breathe, stretch, laugh, and feel
✨ ask questions, collaborate, and be nourished
✨ enjoy not cooking a meal or creating a treatment plan for a few days

Imagine dropping back into yourself.

Engage in topics like stress management, body image, and cycle awareness. This work supports you as a human and enhances the care you offer clients.

Make new therapist friends and connections.
Let yourself be cared for in a weekend created just for you.
