Body and Soul Women's River Rafting Retreat

Join us for a two-day women's retreat on the Colorado River through the stunning red rock canyons of Moab. This experience combines rafting, riverside camping, yoga, meaningful conversations, delicious food, and time to unplug from everyday responsibilities and reconnect with yourself, nature, and other women.
This retreat blends adventure, meaningful connection, guided discussions, delicious prepared meals on-site, and time to simply breathe and be in nature.

This retreat offers the perfect balance of adventure and renewal from rafting light rapids and riverside camping to conversations that inspire reflection and growth.
No rafting or camping experience is necessary.
Join us for 2 days away from the noise, responsibilities, and constant demands of everyday life.
