This intimate weekend is designed to help you:

  • Feel more grounded, embodied, and present

  • Gain practical, evidence‑informed tools for your clients

  • Experience real rest, connection, and renewal

All within a small, supportive group of therapists.

This retreat is for you if you’re:

  • Feeling burned out and/or emotionally stretched

  • Wanting deeper embodiment in your clinical work

  • Interested in women’s mental health, hormone cycles, body image and eating disorders

  • Craving connection with like‑minded therapists

  • Wanting a space where you don’t have to “hold it all together”

Join Dr. Lauren A. Barnes, LMFT and Shara Jackson Harper, CSW for a restorative retreat designed exclusively for female therapists in Utah.

This experience blends education, connection, and rejuvenation in a thoughtfully curated, comfortable home located in Cedar City, UT.

You’ll gain 8+ CEs based in practical tools and deeper understanding in:

  • Hormone Cycles and Mental Health

  • Treating Body Image & Eating Disorders

  • Ethical Therapist Self‑Care & Burnout Prevention

Plus integration through:

  • Experiential clinical activities

  • Nervous system & embodiment practices

  • Reflection and applied learning

This isn’t a packed conference or passive learning space.

This is an intentional, slower‑paced environment where you’ll experience:

  • Guided meditation, yoga, and grounding practices

  • Gentle movement and body connection

  • Quiet time for reflection and integration

  • Meaningful group connection and conversation

Your all‑inclusive weekend includes:

  • 2 nights lodging (private or shared options)

  • All meals + snacks provided

  • A beautiful, thoughtfully curated retreat home

  • Comfortable spaces for connection and rest

You’ll leave feeling:

  • More connected to your body and inner cues

  • More grounded in your clinical presence

  • Equipped with tools you can use immediately (and CEs just in time for license renewal)

  • Rested, supported, and re‑energized

This is a small, intentionally limited group to preserve depth, safety, and connection.

Spots are limited.

You don’t need to come with anyone.
Many participants come alone and leave with meaningful connections.

This isn’t a performance space.
You don’t have to show up as the therapist.

You don’t need to be at a certain place in your development.
You’re welcome exactly where you are.

Questions? We’d love to hear from you.
